π Return Window
- You must contact us within 2 days of delivery to report any issues or request a return/refund.
- The return window is based on the delivery date shown in the carrierβs tracking information.
- Requests made after 2 days cannot be accepted.
π Return Shipping Fees & Labels
- For approved returns due to defective or damaged items, LIVEBLOOMS will cover the return shipping cost.
- If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- In most cases, returns are not necessary β we typically resolve issues through replacements or refunds without needing the item back.
- We do not accept returns for non-defective items, change of mind, or unwanted products.
πΏ Return & Replacement Eligibility
1. Live Plants
- If your plant arrives damaged (e.g., dead, mushy, black or brown trunk/stems) or fails within 30 days despite proper care, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
- If a return is required, LIVEBLOOMS will cover shipping and provide a prepaid label.
2. Seeds, Bulbs, Scionwood & Cuttings
- We offer replacements only if these items arrive damaged.
- No return is required in these cases.
β We Do Not Accept Returns For
- Change of mind or unwanted items
- Opened seed packets without damage
- Healthy scionwood, cuttings, or plants
- Any claims submitted after the 2-day return window

- We do not cover damage caused by improper planting, neglect, or failure to follow provided care instructions.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
- A brief explanation of the issue
We will respond within 1β5 business days with a resolution. We may offer a replacement, refund, or provide instructions if a return is required (including a prepaid return label).
