  • The return window is based on the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking information.

  • For approved returns due to defective or damaged items, LIVEBLOOMS will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  • In most cases, returns are not necessary β€” we typically resolve issues through replacements or refunds without needing the item back.
  • We do not accept returns for non-defective items, change of mind, or unwanted products.

🌿 Return & Replacement Eligibility

1. Live Plants

  • If your plant arrives damaged (e.g., dead, mushy, black or brown trunk/stems) or fails within 30 days despite proper care, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
  • If a return is required, LIVEBLOOMS will cover shipping and provide a prepaid label.

2. Seeds, Bulbs, Scionwood & Cuttings

  • We offer replacements only if these items arrive damaged.
  • No return is required in these cases.

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind or unwanted items
  • Opened seed packets without damage
  • Healthy scionwood, cuttings, or plants
  • Any claims submitted after the 2-day return window

  • We do not cover damage caused by improper planting, neglect, or failure to follow provided care instructions.
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
