Black Mamba Begonia Live Plant in 4-Inch Pot – Begonia spp.

Black Mamba Begonia is sold as a distinctive ornamental houseplant with dramatic, dark foliage in deep burgundy, chocolate, and near-black tones. The seller describes its leaves as velvety and star-shaped, with contrasting lighter green centers and textured stems. Its compact, creeping growth habit makes it suitable for shelves, windowsills, and indoor plant displays.

This listing includes 1 live begonia in a 4-inch plastic nursery pot. The seller identifies the plant as a rhizomatous begonia, but the exact botanical species or registered cultivar is not provided. The plant is described as having dark purple, red, green, and nearly black foliage, with medium growth and moderate watering needs.

Provide bright, indirect light, a well-draining potting mix, and moderate humidity. Allow the upper soil to dry somewhat between waterings without letting the plant remain waterlogged. The seller identifies this plant as toxic to pets, so keep it away from animals and children who might chew its leaves or stems.

Important Note:

You will receive a live starter plant (seedling/young plant). Listing photos show the plant at a mature stage for reference only. The actual plant size, shape, and appearance may vary and will be significantly smaller than the images shown.

Plant Condition Disclosure:

Live plants may be shipped dormant, leafless, recently pruned, bare root, or partially defoliated depending on season, weather, and shipping requirements.

Natural variation in size, branching, foliage density, color, root structure, and overall appearance should be expected.
